I think this is Alberts half sister by mary duggan and another man. Family tradition has it that they were both subsequently 'rescued' from the work house by their grandfather Richard Duggan

William brother 1878
Mary catherine Wilshaw 1880 County Down
John Joseph Wilshaw relative age 5 months born 1911 County Down.
On original it is definately written as 5 months.
Beside mary Catherine name it says 2 children 1 died.

John Joseph was Mary's child.........nothing to do with William.....hence his being inadmissible to the Army
