I think this is Alberts half sister by mary duggan and another man. Family tradition has it that they were both subsequently 'rescued' from the work house by their grandfather Richard Duggan |

In the same institute in 1911 there is May Duggan age 8 not known where born. |

I think John Joseph may have been illegitimate by someone else given Albert was born on the 29th of the same month in the same year? William was certainly in Four Crosses on or around 29 Aug 1904! Could he have been in Belfast approx 25 days previous?! |
