Whoops my mistake Flick posted the 1901 so you may find parents on the 1891 but you would still need to confirm by ordering cert

Morning Nicola..........lovely to see that you are managing to find your way around. Unfortunately there does not seem to be an obvious 1891 census for Mabel which might have shown who her parents were. xxx
