I am looking for Georgina Perfect who married Thomas Anthony Bergin in Perth Western Australia around 1900. She is also connected to a John Henry Kenny who died before 1922. I don't think she was born in Australia.

Cant see a birth in Australia for a Georgina PERFECT. ( 1860 -1890 )

Hmmm Astra, there are two trees on Ancestry (same tree owner) and one tree has her marrying Kenny in 1895 Georgina' birth date 1876 and his death 1902

The other tree has her birth date as 1880 and marrying Bergin in 1900

A little confusing!

Mmm..........seen those and I'm as confused as you I think!

This looks like the death of their son. Why don't Australians put dates on their information!

Thanks all. Yes it is confusing. Dark shadows in the closet and all. Looked at freebdm and found a Georgina born in 1868 which makes her an old mum at that time.

Did Georgina die as Bergin or Kenny?

I don't know that she's dead! Can't find a birth or death record for her. I know she married Thomas Anthony Bergin in Perth Western Australia in 1900 and that her son George Henry Kenny was married in 1922 and at that time she was a Bergin. There is a bit of controversy and mystery with the thought that he went to war with one name and returned with another.

At the least........ info on the cert should give you a birth place,age, parents names, ect..... and any other marriages.

Thanks everyone - you're amazing. The information the family has conflicts with the records but I'm inclined to believe the records! Family records show that George Henry died 21/11/1975.
