hi
i have a research report fom suffolk family history that states it is most likely that my martha ranson nee hayward was alive in 1803 so would suggest that marthas husband john ranson is not the same as the person that married ann garnham in 1802
they came to that conclusion because they traced 2 deaths of children that were born to john ranson& martha hayward
robert sparrow ranson born st peters ipswich 1799 died may 1800 st peters ipswich
susannah ranson born 1801 st peters ipswich died 1803 st peters
ipswich
you will see from a members reply to this thread the other john ranson married as a widower ann garnham 1802 copdock suffolk
i am now hoping to trace john ranson c 1769 ipswich & his wifes marthas death
any suggestions /info appreciated if not thank you anyway

sorry, but I do not see how the death of a child in 1803 is proof that the child's mother was alive in 1803

it still needs further research

Have you yourself looked at that site I gave you ................ www.familysearch.org/

the research report they sent to me contained copies of john ransons
marriage entries one to my martha one to ann garnham they said sent those so i could compare the 2 signatures both different so as i thought my john did not marry ann garnham
i can send the copies of their research reports to you if you wish
