In response to Flicks question - the reason I think Sarah married a Muggridge (yes, I spelt it wrong!) is because of a copy of a solicitors will I have here. Addressed to my uncle John James Roe it is in regards to his late aunt Mrs Harriet Teedon (spinster dtr of James Teedon) estate. It says 'your aunt, Mrs Sarah Muggridge obtained letters of admin etc.' The disbursment shows portions to Mrs S Muggridge, Mr Edward Teedon, children of Mrs Mary Roe (dcd) (Mary Teedon, my grand-mother), children of James Teedon (dcd). |
