Sorry, I'm confused. Which surname do you think she will be using in the 1861 census?

Could anyone with access to the 1861 census please help me find this lady.

She would be living somewhere in Lancashire probably Burscough.

Her maiden name was Stephenson ,born the illegitimate daughter of Harriet Forshaw (nee Stephenson) in c1829 Burscough, Ormskirk, Lancashire.

Her first husband William Blackledge died in 1847 and she then had children by John Smith (Ann c1860, John c1863, James c1865)) but I haven't found a marriage.

Thanks, Mike
