Ive been out and stroked his back and he didnt move :-(


They normally jump, when you give them a stroke

BUT - It is going dark Ginns !! - That is what is confusing me :-S

Give the frog a poke Ginns - he might be a 'pretend one' put there by someone to fool you ???

Perhaps it is your neighbour (who is giving shelter to your brother) - he might want to claim he is a 'frog extermination expert' in an effort to get away and spend time with you ???

I have a toad/frog that has been sitting on the decking all day, he hasnt moved at all

It's nearly 'nite nite time' here - It has been going darker for the past hour !!

Brother has been round this morning, driving us mad with his intense.....needs to be done NOW approach!

He completes the house sale on Wednesday and moves in up the road with one of our mates.......we reckon, our mate will be round here, more than at home!

My mum used to say that a cold was "3 days coming, 3 days here and 3 days going". I think she was about right to be honest.



Quite a reasonable day today. Nice easy drink at favourite coffee shop and a quick trip to a garden centre to get something daughter was after.


It's SO good to get back to normal.......well, as normal as I can get of course!

............. it hasn't really been that long

The dry tickly cough started on Sunday, the nose started on Wednesday .........

colds usually last about 7 days for me :-(


The problem is that I cannot take anything to make life a bit easier ............. I'm on blood pressure medication, and that rules out almost everything, except herbal remedies.

raining hard here ....................... another earthquake, this time just off the Alaskan coast, at about 12:50 am this morning.

Didn't feel a thing .............. and the bed didn't move ;-)


A tsunami warning was issued, but it was smaller than expected, and has now been cancelled.

The earthquake was on the same fault as the one off Haida Gwaii last October.
