	Ive sent this in....very restrained considering All evening I have been 'trying' to use the GR boards and PM system Here’s a summary of the problems; I can’t paste onto a thread I can’t PM anyone My threads show info I posted today on the first post I made 12 months ago I click on TTF and can only see one thread...mine My friends have lost their name ...........I could go on I’m all for change but come on...... And please don’t answer with the standard; What operating system are you using and which browser ;) Vista Firefox & IE It is NOT the operating systems Please can you rectify YOUR systems and allow us to use the service that we are paying for Thank you

	it's the pits isn't it? I can't go on a board, open a thread, then go back to the Board by clicking on the board name ......... I have use the Back button on my computer Third email to them coming up I think!! sylvia

	Aargh. Sylvia, my brobs are much like yours -- getting sent back to page 1, not being able to go back in threads. I don't get the left-hand stuff moved to the top, though. Q -- anybody know who S i b (leave out the spaces) is? Just showed up in a thread I posted in, never heard of. probs, not brobs ... can't blame the gremlins for that. So I'm editing. Will I get sent to page 1? Edit again -- yup, got sent to page 1! So now I'll submit, then backspace, then backspace again ... edit again ... I mean backpage ...

	It can also make you look stupid MC. I noticed one of the starry people had replied to a 2 year old thread on History so I would think someone must have deleted before ? but there is no evidence ja...x

	Had to come back to say this. Maybe S I B is a starry one with a different account so they can answer on boards without being recognised from Clinic board?? But Renes is right,that yellow star makes them look like they are wearing the Star of David as the Jews were forced to in the war to single them out. I wouldnt like that at all...

	Why cant they just wear thier badge when they are at the clinic not on the boards, then again why do they need a badge they are the only ones who can answer on that board anyway. A bit like having a prefect badge ja...x

	I haven't yet been sent back to page 1 ......... but then I haven't edited a post that I've submitted I'm just so sick of having to scroll all the way down all the time! and of having to hit my computer's Back button to get out of a thread back onto the Board. s xx

	5th complaint ........ do you realise that your statement on the Help Clinic Guidelines that "Genes Advisors are not employees of Genes Reunited, they are members recognised by us for their effort and knowledge when helping other members." ................ makes the rest of us look inept ...... and will lead to poeple thinking that helpers on other boards are less than knowledgeable. This was not exactly what was meant when I and others asked GR in the survey earlier this year to make more recognition of the fact that all the help offered on this site was by members. How do you know that the Official Advisors ARE in fact the best and most knowledgeable helpers?? I can tell you for a fact that there are others who are much better than you would ever believe ................ and I do not count myself among them, even though I was one of the ones approached last week. s xx
