I'm a royalist but a choosy one! Admire the Queen, Prince Philip and Princess Anne but not too fussed about the others. I think William is a lovely chap and I'd like to skip a generation and have him as our next King.

Rain, rain and more rain. Had enough of it now. Brought the grandchildren back from school, had toasted tea cakes then they made some cakes and watched Ice Age 3 with grandad. Not a bad life really!

Anyone good on 'Green stuff' leaking from your dry stone wall?

It looks almost luminous in the dark when you shine the torch on it. I jet washed it away a few years ago and it’s making a comeback

It's the wall at the end of the garden that retains a fair amount of soil

Renes

Renes Report 17 Nov 2010 21:01

No --- Never ever think

of a toasted tea cake - that I could toast in front of my wood stove - - with a toasting fork

And slather with Lurpak

Nah never ever

inconsolable again

Haven't got a dry stone wall Gins so can't help with your Green Stuff but it sounds disgusting.

Have got a wonky arm though....it's flappin' backwards and forwards. Have sent OH upstairs for the little screwdriver.

The arm on my specs by the way.......just in case you thought I was falling to bits.
