looking at the deaths, WHam there are three Georges, 1 Frederick ( fathers 1st 2nd name) in the period, dying O-3 years so anyone or none might be yours,
so many young deaths which could fit.

The problem here is that as they married in Salisbury in June qtr 1901 you don`t know if they lived there for a few years, if so the child could have been born in Wiltshire and died there or even died once they`d movd to the West Ham area by 1906, also by early 1900s people wer`nt tending to use family names through the generations, I`ve looked down the lists of both births and deaths for Wiltshire and Essex between 1901 and 1911,but can`t see anything obvious...

Gwyn,

Yes that is what i thought. Im not having much luck looking for a death or birth for the dead child in 1911 census as dont know when born and died. Bit like a needle in a haystack.

Gwyn in Kent

Gwyn in Kent Report 31 May 2010 01:13

Yes, he is likely to be a son ....and a brother to Olive.- possibly the Ernest in the later photo.
However he won't be the child mentioned in the 1911 census, as he was not yet born, so there is still that child's birth and death to find prior to the 1911 census.

Does anyone else think the birth for George E Moss, MMN Earle could be their Son?

Darealjolo

Darealjolo Report 31 May 2010 00:05

Nicky yes i mixed them up.

Olive Adelaide must be my one born 1906? Also George E Moss with MMN Earle that Rambling Rose found may well be the Son of Maria and Brother of Olive.

As I said above the 4 month old Olive Moss is the daughter of Lillian May Moss from Leicestershire...I think you are getting your families mixed up.

Darealjolo Report 30 May 2010 23:54

Nicky, yes Olive born 1906 must be my one, but 1901 says she was 4 months old, unless im looking at wrong family.

I think your getting your families mixed up....this Olive is 4 months old in 1901, but is the family from Leicester with wife Lillian May not Maria..

These are the only 3 Olive Moss births that come up in Essex between 1901 and 1906..........Olive Adelaide who I puit up with her family in 1911 is definetly 5 years old...is that your Olive? or was she born 1901 in which case she may be the other one Olive Grace Moss?
