She married as a Blackman then, this does make me think Rose her mother never married Thomas Humphrey at all.

Dorothy married 1 st Feb 1930 theres a picture of her on Ancestry.

It says on the marriage that her father was Thomas Humphrey Labourer.

I am starting to think, yes Thomas Humphrey might have been Dorothys father but who says that her mum Rose Blackman actually married him.

Its weird none of them can be found on the 1911,

Whoops sorry, Dorothy May Humphrey was the daughter of Thomas Humphrey and Rose Blackman,she was born 1910.

Dea,i am trying to help a freind,all they said is that Dorothy was born in farm buildings tatsfield surrey,she did not say what the fathers occupation was.

Yes Mel that is the right family in 1891.
