You can actually use the map to find ancestors from all over London, not just Bethnal Green, go to the link, first then going from there. There is a map which is only small and so long as you have a rough idea of where the place is, on the map, you can click on that area, but all areas are tagged, anyway, so it is useful for all of London, I think !!! |

Dot, what you need to do is to come out of the larger size map, then click on the smaller one, above, it is tagged, for you to see the areas, find the one that says Whitechapel, click on that, then click on it, again for a larger version, hope you can understand what I mean, if not come back to me, and I will try to find it for you. |

Thanks for this Greensleeves, I used to use Motco maps for London, it was free and indexed, but sadly you now have to purchase CD's. |
