I cannot find any member of the family in Wales on previous censuses!

Hi, I trying to find more information on a Edward Manley, born 1830 in Cork, Ireland. From census records for britain I have found out his wife's name was Honora, also born in Ireland. Any help/info would appreciated. Thanks Mark
