Assuming Frederick didn't die in WWI ( and there are a lot of F or Frederick Clarkes listed on the CWGC casualties site - www.cwgc.org)

I searched for marriages 1917 - 1935, Salford on

Freebmd.org.uk.....FREE to search so do try it out!

Unless someone can come up with parish records, to verify father's name, it is going to be expensive for you to check each record out.

Only order them from gro.gov.uk, specify father's name and you would get a partial refund for those that don't fit.
