not sure where shes gone either i have trawlled the ancesrty deaths qtr by qtr & can,t find her death looks like shes vanished aswell

just a thought when her 2nd husband died in 1915 she would have only been 44/45 years old i wonder if she married again ???? just a thought
there is a few florence a duckworth married shortly after her 2nd husband died in 1915 just not sure if shes one of them as it only give a as middle name as A & not alberta

so i,m thinking that the surname on the marriage is right DUCKWORTH rather than DAWSON that is on the 1911 census so we are lloking for florences death with the surname DUCKWORTH
stiil no luck with her 1st husbands death or any record of him to be found its like he just vanished will keep looking though

its looks like your gran did give him the middle name after her step father as he would have brought her up it happened often in those days some male,s were also given the mother,s maiden name as a middle name i,m still trying to locate her 1st hunsband harry,s death but can,t seam to find it

Jacky Iv just noticed something strange Florences Daughter Florence Mabel ( my Gran ) had a son John with middle name Tattersall thought it strange would he have been given that name with ref. to Florence Albertas 2nd husband? are you confused now? i will try to explain it for you hun she was born with surname watton
she then married harry HURCOMBE
not sure whats happened to him he may have died ?? she then went onto marry
Duckworth Tattersall in 1910
so she will have died with surname either
duckworth
or
dawson
as i,m not sure whitch is the right surname as she married in 1910 he was Duckworth Tattersall
but on the 1911 census the surname is dawson
hope that explaines it a little better for you

That looks good Jacky as she doesn't seem to be on the 1911 census as Hurcombe.

Florence former name was Watton.
