Address not clear can someone with better eyes tak

i wonder if it could be Notts Bridge
on the 1901 census they appear to be living at the same address but the address broken down, they live at Litlington Road and there neighbour lives at Notts? Bridge

Another one
1901 census for Lena Ratcliff born Brighton
Mother and Father are George and Alice
I cant make out the street address can anyone make it out?
Also if you go to next page address is still number 251 _____ ____
why would this be given that they are all individual households?

The address is 251 Elgin Avenue.

On the next page there are still other households living at the same address.

If you notice the column numbers at the top of the page just above where the address, names occupations etc. begin - in between column 6 and column 7 you will see either a single stroke of the pen or a double stroke. A single stroke means that the next names are a separate household but in the same building. A double stroke means another household in a new building. Hope this makes sense.
