Its almost 1am in the UK, no wonder you're more on the ball than me!
No kids by the way which has added to the problem.

Late in the day?! It's not 8pm yet. What uncivilized part of the world do you live in? ;)

Sorry couldn't help more. I'm not up for trawling the untranscribeds very often when it isn't a matter of finding the lost mum before she dies or such.

Just for ref -- you know they didn't have kids? If they did, that would be the quick way to find her surname.

If she was born in London and adopted ... I think I'll wish you best of luck!

So sorryJaney , I had the death mixed up with another unconnected family member and didn't realise I had both deaths. I am really grateful you have both been on the case and did not expect any help being its so late in the day. Ths is the second brick wall I've had this week but didn't get any help on the last one. You'll have to excuse this old bird that needs to get to bed a bit earlier......not sure it would make me any wiser though ;)

Well, the Bath death looked so promising.

If you do have other info that would spare following false trails like that, don't hesitate to share!

No Baker-Parsons births in the vicinity/timeframe ...

Marion Report 27 May 2009 00:34

I haven't as yet bought that marriage, needed to confirm full name first. The couple lived with another sister Emily Baker who died in 1978 (just found death certificate) and I am beginning to recall that they both died before her. Just to confuse matters!!

Freda died at the Bristol Royal Informary so don't think the Bath death is the one.

Not sure about Florence but I did find a death for a Gladys Freda BAKER who died in Feb 1987 Bristol and was born 26/10/1903 but didn't say where. I discounted it becauseI felt she died before this date. Having said that there was a marriage in June 1926 for Gladys Onion to George Baker so I am looking at all possibilities.
