Hi Dea,

It is amazing how much info i get about all sorts, we are so used to having everything "just so" now, that we forget things were not like that years ago.

The people on GR have been brill with their help on many names.

Have a good weekend

Regards

Hi Sally
I know this family. My wife is a Sanders descended from the Sanders of Hatfield, Herts.
John Sanders b 1821 married Fanny Mabbray b 1821 Ireland.
John was a Musician in the Horse Guards based in Windsor. The children shown in the 1861 Census are correct.
If you want any further info please contact me.
Regards
Martin

Not sure if it the correct thred Sally. I have 2 Elizabeth Sanders in my tree, 1 born on 1857 but it can't be her as she died in childhood in 1867. The other was born in 1865 so this one could be too young? If you think there may be a connection I can send more information.
