Please can anyone search on a death for Charles Leonard Haddon. He was born 11 feb 1941, he was a twin, his brother died next day. We are led to believe Charles didnt die but was given up by my nan to her sister to bring up...?? He could be under the name Leslie/Lesley Kerridge?? Need to look up marriages for Leslie and his date of birth? and death if hes dead?? My nan was called Grace Doris Webb(maiden name), she was married to Charles Edward Haddon when she gave birth to the twins. She supposedly gave Charles Leonard Haddon up to her sister to bring up?? We think the sister is Alice webb married name Kerridge(not sure of spelling). Alice had a daughter called Joyce too... Can anyone help me with this puzzle??????

thankyou sooooo much Rose, what would i do without you! It seems that Alice married and became a Kerridge, do i have that spelling right?? She had 2 children, although i believe her son Leslie/Lesley was maybe adopted by her or was my nans son Charles Leonard Haddon. I really need to find Leslie/Lesley Kerridge. How do i find him? Did he marry? if so where? and i need to get hold of a marriage certificate for him... ideally i need a birth certificate but you said he isnt registered as that at birth... I am really confused now???

If that's your family in 1911 then Alice was born before the marriage. I think the elder women are James' sisters. Alice could also belong to one of the sisters. You might want to view the image to clear this up and find out whether Alice was a Webb or a Field.
