In 1861 he was an inmate in Dewsbury Union Workhouse
There are no parents but he does have his brother William age 8 and sister Mary 5 with him. They were all born in Morley

I will look for him in 1851

Hi looking for parents of John Stakes born abt 1850
Morley area is it possible to look up 1861 census and see what his parents were called and where born I can only find a birth for Wakefield so a little confused
