And I meant to say - the age on his death cert is the only thing you have to go on, but you still have to take it with a grain of salt. That means not rejecting possibilities out of hand because they don't match the death cert, when the death cert is the one that might be wrong. |

Oh, btw ... my grandfather's death would also have been under the wrong name if he'd died before he retired. His name was actually quite different from what he'd thought it was for 65 years ... |
