Nooo, it was her brother, because their father was Robert Rawson Brown. But my parents think the J.W. Brown is James W Brown.

Florence's birth date was 16th April 1894. This is on the certificate but I'm on here it's down as 1884 (?).

Her husband Robert R. Brown was born on 12th February 1895. This is also on the certificate.

I don't know Florence's fathers name, only that his surname would have been Wright.

As for Robert R Brown's family I've found loads and I'm fine with him at the moment. It's just Florence, she was born Florence Wright, married and became Florence Brown but died Florence Kew!

I realise now that you meant Iris's brother...........your reference to 'grandma' meant nothing to me.

I thought you said you had Florence's marriage cert?

If you haven't.......you need it.
