I have looked and the marriage isn't there so sorry

On looking on BMD it says their marriage was in Southampton June Quarter of 1868, not Isle of Wight ???

I would really value some help here please. My Great Grandfather Archibald Campbell married Mary Ann Saxby in 1868 (AMJ) They lived in Cowes. I wonder of AC's father is mentioned on the Marriage Cert. as he was born in Scotland and trying to trace him up there is a needle in a Campbell haystack!
