My Thomas Embleton and his wife and 3 children emigrated to Australia in 1856 but I have that they divorced (don't know when and Thomas married a Mary ? ?? (don't know her surname) and Mary & Thomas had 3 children, Mary (c1881), Elizabeth (c1883) & Jane (c1886), all born in Victoria, Australia.

Thank you so much for your help. I will buy the death certificate to confirm the information. Interestingly my ancestors (direct line) changed their surname spelling to Embelton, other lines in the family kept the spelling as Embleton. I have never found out which family member changed the spelling.
