wow.....how on earth did you manage to find that?
If it says Weslyan Student - I would think it more than likely that you have found the right Joseph.
Does it give a full address?? or any other info?
what was the relationship /occupations of the Collis & Follows family please.
( last question.......i promise)

He's just down as a visitor - no relationship noted.
address is 'centre of town' Alton

I've tried googling Wesleyan Colleges, Staffordshire
& Theological Colleges Staffordshire

Nothing yet!

That's it I'm afraid - but would be a good idea to purchase that marriage cert from gro.gov - they cost £7 - well worth it!
His father's name & occupation should be on it
