I have found Ephraim Baptism on the site freereg and his parents was James and Rebecca did a bit of checking to make sure it was the right one and it was, also a help from this site as well also IGI site, James dad was my 3xgreat granduncle I have work backwards now going forwards its a bit hard now as I don't have the census now Because I am stuck at the moment with my 4xgreat grandfather

What I was asking Lyn -
was HOW do you know that James & Rebecca are his parents??
You must have some evidence??
I usually work backwards from the 1901 - etc...
then you discover the older generations in the family

I found is baptism on freegen and a distant relative also give it to me they have also had trouble finding him like me as I can't not get the census can you find him in any of the other census years with is wife Mary to see what children they had

I have done an extensive search and cannot find a James & Rebecca together at all

And no Ephraim with father or mother of those names
