On the 1891 census it shows that Susan was born in Shropshire. I will look at this though just incase. |

The 1875 birth isn't your Jane because that one died and Wendron comes under Helston: |

I was told that Janie changed Frederick's surname to Hoskin, as he was brought up in her sister Mary Hoskin's home who was a widow, so I assumed Hoskin was her married surname. When Frederick later married he gave his children the surname Vincent Hoskin, which was later changed by deed poll to just Hoskin. |

Judging by the census i would say Jane-Janie's surname was Hoskins from birth.There is a possible birth record for 1875 |

Yes I have the information from the 1891 census. My late father in law used to talk about having cousins named Wasley, so I am sure this information is correct. |
