Member Since: March 2007 Posts: 18 Send Message	Photographs of Bill Mandley (Mandly) were in my mother's album, dated 1950 and 1951. They may have been taken in Winchester, Southampton or London. He would have been born around 1925-1932, possibly in Canada, he may have been in the Army during and after WW2. Does anyone have any connection to this man? Thanks, Rosalyn
