Can anyone help me. I am looking for connections to Catharine Cockburn. She married Thomas Robertson in Cranston Parish Midlothian on 11/05/1827. She had several children, including a daughter called Janet 1830. I am trying to find out who her parents were. Thomas worked around midlothian and East Lothian, but seems to have disappeared off the cenus reports after 1851. I think that I have Catherine on a census report in 1871 with her daughter Catharine, but am not sure. I also beleive that she died in Newton Village a short time after this. If anyone can help I would be grateful. |
