I am trying to trace descendants of Harry Jeffs born 1871 in Grimsby to Henry Jeffs and Emma Jeffs (nee Mogg). Harry married Elizabeth Forrest in 1897 (Conway, Wales). He had two children Hilda (1897 Colwyn Bay) and Harry Leslie (1898 Chorley, Lancs.) He shows up in the 1901 census in Middlesborough. He was a self-employed fishmonger in Princes Street. Harry was a member of the Jeffs family from Grimsby who were very active in the fishing industry. I would be very pleased to hear from anyone who has any knowledge of what happened to him. |
