Deciphering Census Image - SORTED THANKYOU

I wander if anyone could help me in reading the census image I have. It's from 1871 for Alfred Mason and family. I cant make out what his wife was called, and also, I presume her mother, who is listed as Head at the end of the Mason names. |

Transcriptions are not ideal, I like to look at the image every time - its amazing how often the transcriber gets it wrong - but those above might point you in the correct direction. |
