Having looked at the 1851 census I can see that it says Burton on Trent, not Burton on Blut. So Elouise has found him above on the IGI.

Carol - On the 1841 census his surname is spelt Dicken and on the 1851 he is transcribed (so you will need to type in) Barce Dicken

If you go on familysearch.org you can see christening for Francis and his 7 siblings. And the marriage of his parents. It's fun to be able to trace your family back on this site, if you're lucky enough for them to be on it, so I'll leave it for you to do.
