Can any one help me I have my gggrandfathers birth cert born William John Richard Long, October 1863, St Georges in the East London. I have found the family in 1871, 1881, 1891, cencus but no mention of my ggggrandfather on any of them, it lists all the other 7 siblings. Any suggestions please ive looked for other relatives but cant seem to find him.
