i am very gratefull for your help and i ordered the cert the same day you told me too and i'm still waiting but like i said i have a lot more info, there is too many names, marriages, children, and place's for it not to be the right one's so no i don't think anybody has wasted their time and i'm very gratefull to every body that has help me.

A few weeks back i also helped you and you asked me what should you do, i said your best bet was to wait for the marriage cert..like i said i hope no-one has wasted their time

hello julie no every body isnt wasting their time . barbara has been helping me a lot and she has access to my tree and i also have a lot more information than when i started.

there are two possible marriages for john and mary

John Richard Green and Mary Josephine Syrett married Shoreditch 1871

John Robert Green and Mary Jane Armstrong married 1867 Bethnal Green

hello julie still wating for the marriage cert got the birth cert today,but been getting lots more info from my nan which has been tying things together.names dates marriages so fingers crossed

on the birth cert it said he was a porter. so there was more than caroline and ada . my nan wasn't even sure weather her aunt ada was a proper relative and now we 've got a maud.

you remember there were 3 possible dorothys well we think this ada is the connection we were looking for with dorothy ada m taylor from hackney. i got carolines birth cert today her father was john green and her mother seemed to like getting married a lot
