Hi Claire, sent you a message regarding the 'Funn' name, don't know if you got it, computer went on the 'blink'.. Martin and James info, great.. As for Robert I have him as born 1852, but your date of 1849 looks better, only thing was John/Susan didn't marry until 1851.. John

No I didn't get your message but if John & Susan didn't marry until 1851 it's not so likely that either of these Robert's are yours.
Registration was not compulsory until 1875 so there's a chance that not all the births are registered.
Sorry I can do no more for now, I have to go to work :(
