I viewed the original image for Bennett on Free BMD which will be the same as the image on Findmypast.

There's no Mary Bennett in Jun qtr 1896.

You don't need Findmypast as because it's a common name I checked Mary Bennet in that qtr on Free BMD and there are some so I checked the image to see if there was one in Sculcoates and there isn't.

Surely you must have some dates.

You say Amy Crompton born 1899 mmn Bennett so if you know the mmn you must have a birth cert and know the parents names
