I am trying to find the birth of Hugh McKay ( a clockmaker) and his wife Mary S Ogg.He says in the Scottish census of 1861 and 1871 that he was born in Ireland C.1824.He says he was married to Mary S Ogg in Dublin on the 10 November 1845.I have been to Dublin to try and find their births and marriage, but can find no trace of them. They came to live in Glasgow about 1859.Can anyone help find any of their records in Ireland ? Regards, Christine.
