Hello,

I'm trying to find any information on William McFarlane (middle name could be Tomlins and/or Branston). He was born in 1923 and in Maryhill I believe. He had a sister called Kathy but unsure whether her christian name was/is Kathleen or Katherine. Kathy never married.
William was posted in Belfast towards the end of WW2 where he met my Grandma Lila Maguire (Eliza) who was from County Cavan. They had 6 children, Billy, Jean, Frances, Henry, Stephen and Val.
William and Lila divorced in the early 60's and he married again and moved to America in the 1970's. He died about 5 years ago.
Does this ring any bells with anyone?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
