I'm trying to find the parents of;
Andrew McCreadie abt 1825
and his wife's Elizabeth Crawford abt 1827

Believed to be from Wigtownshire, New Luce ??

Wigtownshire is in Scotland - so you need to look either on www.familysearch.org or www.scotlandspeople.gov.uk

If they died in Scotland after compulsory registration began, then their death certificates (again from Scotlandspeole) will give their parents names provided the information knew them.
