Thanks, I didnt realise, we are so used to hearing about families being split up a hundred years ago, it is hard to believe nothing has changed since. |

Just to add there are no loop holes and its not against the law for Jody to search for her parents. I have just spoken with a social worker friend. She said they try to help young people like Jody looked after by the local authority who wish to search for family members.(same as I have done) Jody wishes to uncover her birth family which I can understand been there done that, I too was split up from my brother and sister in early 90's and I was born in 1982. Good luck with your search Jody you have a lot of questions that need answered and hopefully your birth parents can give you the answers you need. |
