My Gx3 grandfather, Edward Bunbury Foster (b. County Carlow, Eire) married Ellen or Eleanor Taber on 6/6/1813 at St James church Westminster London. EBF departed England on 26/10/1828 on board the "Thompson" and arrived at Port Jackson on 18/4/1829. Their son Edward travelled with him but there is no mention of Ellen. Other than their wedding details, we know nothing of Ellen. Their daughter Susannah, b. 1/3/1814, married my gx2 grandfather Charles Drew Street at St James church Sydney on 28/8/1836.

Edward Bunbury Foster was a watch and instrument maker and he practiced his craft in Westminster and in Australia.

Any further information on any of the above would be gratefully received.
