Ongoing Surname Summary problems still not fixed

Have had a problem with surname summary, here on genes since 14th January, this year.
The summary is showing names that do not belong to my tree.
I contact support, who after getting the names that were not mine, contacted me on the 20 January, to say the names had been removed, Sorry for any confusion.

Guess what they were still there.

I have been in contact with support frequently since, and it is still not fixed.
Support are still looking into it and getting t he technical team trying to fix the problem.

Totally fed up with this situation now.

The issue has still not been fixed, and once again, have contacted support.
See what the reply will be - suppose they will say they will be contacting the tech team again.

Have asked for some recompense - won't hold breathe though.

A tad annoying, perhaps, but hardly a show stopper, nor would it warrant any recompense, unfortunately.

Possibly one of the index files containing a list of your names has become corrupted. Have you imported a tree recently? If so were there any problems with the import?

Hi inspector,
thanks for reply, I know it's not a show stopper, but it is annoying, and I did have tongue in cheek, when I mentioned recompense :-|

I have not imported a tree for a while.
I suppose it will be sorted some time

As the tree is free to all members paying and non paying recompense would not be applicable.
